Neptune Question

Ok this is my first Apex controller for those of you who have an Apex, I have question: Is the temp probe on these meant to just lay in bottom of sump? Because it certainly doesn't fit in a probe holder. All my reef keeper temp probes fit into a probe holder.

Mine is dangling over the edge fully submerge about mid level if that makes any sense.

So long as its fully submerged, it doesn't matter where you put it.

Anybody have their Vortech pumps hooked up to Apex on WXM wireless module. I can't seems to get mine to find my pumps. Need help if you know about them..

Ok I'm lost I guess. First off let me say this. I own many RKE systems. Never a had any problems with it programing or any thing else for that matter. Apex is a whole other story. So far nothing but problems. Let's see a WXM bad right out of the box. Very little clear instructions to be found any where. Now I go and log into my dash board and half my outlets are missing? what the heck! Now I can't find any instructions on how to get them back. Anybody have a clue? :help: PLEASE! I've already tried Rebooting system a couple times.

If you've not already, you should probably post on the Neptune forum. I had the exact opposite experience as you are. My Apex was fine, my RKE and RKLs had constant issues.
