Wondering if there is a cause for what would lead two lights, in this case Neptune Sky’s, to draw different wattages.

See attached image; it is ramping up to 80%.

It could be an error in the apex reading - or an issue with the light - or - a setting in the lights programming. I might watch it and see if it's consistent. Additionally - while you're watching - assuming the lights are new/under warranty - calling tech support.

I'm not familiar with the specifics of the power measurement of the outlets for these units, but from the other draws, your resolution step on the amps is 0.2A, so they are effectively one least significant figure away from each other, so it's probably just slight noise/irregularity in the measurement. Odds are they are closer to the same power consumption than they appear, though I would expect some slight differences given normal parts tolerances and aging.

If you have a Kill-A-Watt or similar, that will give you a higher resolution, higher accuracy result. While useful, the current measurement from our controllers are not precision measurements.

Right on, I hadn’t ever look at it before but I’m sitting here watching Boss Baby with my kids bored. Haha

Thanks for taking the time and giving me great answers.

Check to see if the same LEDs are on for each of the units. I had the same thing happen and noticed that a set of LEDs on one of my SKY was not operational.
