Neptune Sky moonight and schedule issues

irst thing, why is my moonlight on at 6am when I wake up when it should onyly come on 9:30pm-12am.

Second, why does my apex show the light schedule as 9:59AM to 9:59AM when it should be 10AM-9:30PM

I don’t ever pay attention to the time listed on that graphic/icon; it has never lined up with the light schedule I run.
