I am planning on buying a controller to control my calcium reactor (ph probe) and more importantly mimick sunrise and sunset on my LEDS. I have 3 148W cree dimmable led fixtures. the blues and whites are on seperate drivers and have theyre own plug. the only way i can dim them is with the manual knobs on top. Is it possible to do sunrise sunset with this controller and these lights, theyre ad confuses me it says this for the apex lite:

"The Neptune AquaController Apex Lite has all the fuctionality of the full Apex
system except for the variable speed ports and the ORP port."

then on down it says:

Robust Timers
  • Simulates Sunrise/sunset
    Simulates moon cycle
Wave Maker and Random timed cycles
  • Still water feed mode (multiple modes)
My question is if it doesnt have variable speed ports can it ramp my LEDS up and down?..please help

Thats supposed to be this under ROBUST TIMERS ABOVE

Robust Timers

  • Simulates Sunrise/sunset
    Simulates moon cycle
Wave Maker and Random timed cycles
  • Still water feed mode (multiple modes)

The lite only has 1 ph port. And I believe the new full has 2. Check into that if you plan to run a cal reactor off it.

Also the lite doesn't have the variable dimming ports.

yes that is correct the full has 2. i also have a milwaukie controller so if it saves me to $120 to get the light and control it this way i can. I am mainly concerned if it will ramp my LED lights
