I love that is made by Neptune and that I could replace my ato now with one made by my controller.It also has more than one way to shut off if something would happen.

The features I am most excited about is the redundancy. The reason I do not yet have an ATO on my tank is the fear of something going wrong and it overflowing. This system will eliminate that fear.

I am new to the saltwater hobby and travel frequently. My fears are as follows: My ATO will malfunction allowing my return pump to run dry or my large ATO reservoir (due to frequent travel) flood my sump, and/or turn my DT into a freshwater Tank! Therefore, the ATK connected to my Apex 2016 could easily address my fears! Goooo Neptune!!!

It is not a highlight on the features but I really like how I can install is without having to drill into my sump. The fail safe for the top off is also appealing.
