What I like best is the name that comes with it. That should say it all but... the redundancy and design as well as the easy install would make this desired by many. I don't have any pictures of a tank because I'm in the beginning stages of building one. My build will include all Apex versatility from the beginning. That will make it much easier as I add when needed. I certainly would like to be a winner but would be proud for anyone who does when this nice piece of engineered equipment...

The new aquarium hobbyist has many challenges, but none is more annoying than the chore of adding water, every day, to make up for that lost to evaporation (a.k.a. topping off/up). I like that it can be stand alone and not need an apex to run. Also the fact that it has a learning algorithm that monitors and records how much water your aquarium needs for each fill, and then calculates a maximum time your pump should run.

I really like the redundancy. I have had an a to fail before and it was not terrible to fix, but not fun either. Also the stand alone is great! It's nice to have the option to use it on any set up I decide to set up in the future.
