What's the deal with this company. Why can't you just call and speak to someone like any other company? Is this a hole in the wall company or something?

They don't have chat or direct email responses.....you need to wait 12-24 hours to get a response? It's not like their products are cheap.
 
I've called Ecotech with no trouble

Neptune has a chat module on their support page, depending on the issue it might be moved to a support ticket. They also have email support that gets responded to with in a day except on weekends. Here is a link to it if you you didn't already have it.

Calling is possible, but know that they have phone appointments through out the day so when you call all the support agents might be on phone helping other reefers.
 
I do not see any chat module. Maybe it's only on a computer
