Neptune trident dealer, which is best

Hey guys, I was thinking of buying a trident and have seen many stories where the boxes come in as if it was destroyed in transit and the dealers will not make it right and say to go to Neptune with it. Is there a preferred place to order these from which have great packaging and reliability incase it’s a dud? Thank you !!

Premium Aquatics as it’ll probably actually be cheaper after check out, because reasons.

As much as saltwateraquarium and their freebies are tempting, it’s mostly junk and they’re not great to deal with when an issue comes up.

Besides that BRS might be a better bet if your concerned on shipping issues as their support is pretty good to deal with.

It's best to support the brick and mortar places where possible as we need to help keep them afloat for the good of the hobby. That assumes you have local access and you think well of the store.

You're right on taxes with some company's, others not. A LFS, or Neptune, has paid the shipping so not direct cost to buyer. Interesting on the freebies I assume that varies from a free t-shirt to some reward points? Mostly small in the big scheme of things? BRS I believe charges taxes regardless of location (I live in MN so maybe just us MN guys... that would be interesting to know), but they are good to work with, on that I agree with you. Premium Aquatics does not tax if you're out of state, which is worth something and I've had good experiences with them.

I have noticed from certain vendors the packing is deffinitly nice and I swear some of the products I get from a particular retailer the box looks pre opened already and your getting something that was a return.
