Has anyone had this happen? All of a sudden it isn't showing the graphs for my Calcium and Mag.... It also doesn't appear that the CA and Mag are updating on the top...but my Alk is? I tried rebooting it but it doesn't seem to be making a difference.

Hi
Have you try to recalibrate it?
If does not fix your problem you will need open a ticket to review it. Maybe is time to send it to service. When do you buy it?

I haven't, I'm at work.
Maybe 7-8 months ago? This just happened today.

Hold off on service, calibration, etc. It very well could just be a browser issue and before you do any of that feel free to send in a ticket. In the meantime:

  • What browser
  • Have you tried a different browser
  • Have you tried incognito browser
  • Have you cleared cache and delete cookies (or eat them I guess - who doesn't like a cookie) (note they will clear cache, data, form data, saved password, etc)
  • Have you rebooted
  • Lastly have you tried to extract the data via the URL and data logger?
    • It is in the documentation but you could open a browser and do something like this
      • http :// your.ip.address.here/cgi-bin/datalog.xml?sdate=220621&days=3
      • Replace your.ip.address.here with your apex ip and you should get data back which includes the ALK, Ca, and MG

Had to break this up but I assume you can put back together the URL. I tried to break the hyperlink but it doesn't work for some reason so had to add the spaces. Apex manual will have a section on logging with examples. Or piece the one above together and place in your browser replacing with your IP.

Have you tried using the data logger? It will provide the current values and that will clear up if the Trident is running all of the tests in the schedule or not.

Example of my current numbers:

Assure lines from manifold are not getting clogged which can happen from crystalization. If not, do the calibration

I'm not sure a calibration will do anything in this case as it is testing ALK but not showing anything for Ca and Mg. Need to rule out UI issue and if it is actually running the tests. Opening a browser and accessing the results for 3 days will show if it is actually running the tests or not. That is where I would start anyway.

Another option is to open up the Input Log, select Ca, and see if the data is there.

When my CA line got clogged, I had no results. Sent unit to Apex who changed all lines and tested and now works.
Regarding input, that too could be as well as software update

Valid point. Although they have no readings for Ca and Mg which is interesting. Easy enough to check the lines as you suggested then data log and input graphs. Whatever order but before I did anything else it is super simple to make the data log request then check the proper log.

Have you had any chance to open the input log and select graphs for the tests that are not visible in the UI? Just wondering what those show. Also have you had any chance to look at the output from the data log request via the URL?

I did and went to the the next step. I opened the unit and found that the yellowish hose that connects to the black intake hose was a bit "crunchy." I "massaged" it a bit and some goop came out. I removed a few of the lines and flushed them out with a syringe. Put it back together and it is running now. I am re calibrating it as we speak. Thank you all for the help.
