Hey guys just wanted to see if anyone is having issues with their trident. Mine started working well and then out of nowhere it started making weird noises, failing tests and having ridiculous test results. I’ve been emailing back and forth Neptune trying to get this fixed but I’m starting to get frustrated. I’m not able to find anyone that has had any real issues by searching google so figured this might yield better results.

What have you received from Neptune support?

I had a issue with my CA tests continuing to read higher and higher and it was related to my CA reagent being almost out. I replaced both CA/MG - which was due anyway - and the test results went back to normal. Support was helpful, asked for logs before, after, and all went well.

What do you mean by ‘weird’ noises? The trident normally whirs and clicks when running tests. Are you hearing something other than that. Fully agree that tests can get a bit wonky as the reagents run out. My Ca went from 450 to 305 in six hours ..... which is essentially impossible.

I’ve been emailing back and forth sending photos and videos of the unit. They’ve finally decided that I need to send the unit in so let’s hope they can resolve it quick but my unit can’t even test alk without failing the test twice so I have to do it manually. Alk went from 9.4 to 14.55 which is silly.

The unit perform titration tests so there’s a strirrer pebble and it’s basically going nuts 24/7. Let me see if I can add a video.
