Sorry yes I try to call Neptune about shipping it and it just seems a huge pain in the butt since stuff can easily break and fall out of place and USPS won’t cover it basically
 
I guess reporting the situation and this thread would be the best course of action since you were the one that reached out to me in regards to selling the trident.
