I forgot to ask, do you have any reagents that come with it? If so, what and how many. Also has the two year maintenance been preformed on it?
 
There is no reagents. The two year maintenance has not been done as of yet.

Were the lines flushed with RODI using the shut down procedure? Any known problems with the unit?

The lines was cleared and it worked flawless for me. I never had an issue with it..
