Neptune Tubing?

Hello, I am using the Neptune DOS for daily 6 gallon water changes on my 400 gallon. I have been doing so for 6 months now and I have noticed the Neptune tubing that came with the DOS is yellowing noticeably. Is this tubing reef safe?

Considering how many people use Neptune products (myself included), I can't imagine they would use something that isn't reef safe.
I'm guessing it's yellowing due to exposure to UV light.

The tubing goes from a barrel where the new saltwater mixes to my sump.

Could it be from the salt? Caking on the inside? You could run some vinagar through it and see if it clears it up.
