Neptune USA Power supplies - 240v compatible?

I am Australia based and planning to purchase a bunch of Neptune kit. Local pricing is quite high so I am considering shipping options from the US. The big difference is that my power supply is 240V whereas the USA is 110V.

Does anyone know if the standard US Neptune power adapters are auto-switching and rated for a 240V supply as well as a 110V supply?

All you need is the power adapters for traveling. Here in the states, when traveling to Europe or Australia, they recommend adapter kit to use our 120v on 220v in different countries

Thanks for the prompt reply. I was looking at them on BRS earlier and the comments there mention 110V only. Clearly the plug is different but I wanted to check that the adapter itself is not limited to 110V. I can get adapters for very little on eBay.

The 24v power adapters are most likely switching. So you can use them on both 110v and 240v. But the energy bars are not switchable. They need to be purchased in the correct voltage

Hello,

Neptune makes 240v versions of pretty much all their products, you just have to have the right base model first. I did obtain mine from Germany and it is the new controller but it comes with the EB6 (black) powerbar.

just source a 240v vendor and you'll be good to go. some people here do use the US model with a step down transformer but i wouldn't advise that approach.

Thanks all. I will be purchasing a local EB6, just wanted feedback on the power supplies for the DOS, FMM and Solenoids etc as the local price is about 1.5-2x US price after factoring in exchange rate.
