Neptune WAV Intermittent Stalling

Hey Reef Friends,

I have been having some issues with one of my WAVs randomly stalling.

Basically if I try to run the wav at anything over 20% or so it will start randomly stalling for a few seconds. The odd thing is I don't even get a stall error from the pump. The timing seems to be random. It might happen every 20 seconds, but at other times it will go 5 minutes or more before stalling.

Has anyone else seen this?

I have a support ticket open with Neptune currently.

I had this happen once and I remove the propeller and rinsed the unit in vinegar and water. That seemed to do the trick for me.
