Okay, so I have the 2 WAV pumps setup, but they do not follow the programmed flow that I put in. After some research it seems it may be because I moved them.
I logged into the IP and reset home position, yet still nothing.
They are on and off all throughout the day, when the program has them constantly flowing at various speeds. Anyone have any idea how to hard boot reset and start over? Not sure why this is happening, but I think the decreased flow is even causing some algae growth.
Thanks in advance!

Anyone have a good idea how to place them so they stop blowing sand? I am still unhappy with the placement!

What size tank do you have? Mine are placed on the back glass at the back top corners pointing slightly inwards and up. This seemed to work when I had sand in my tank. Its currently bare bottom. As for the Wav's they've been nothing but trouble for me. They're noisy, the cords vibrate on the glass/Screen. I can hear them on the other end of the house when they're in pulse mode. I only run them at 75% max. The impeller shafts are already worn down with hairline cracks. I clean them monthly. My 1link has broke 3 times now. My set is not even a year old.

As for trouble shooting your issue I don't know if maybe its software related or the 1 link connectivity. I had a similar issue and mine was the 1 Link. The connections didn't seat properly due to the circuit board coming loose. I had to take apart the 1link and use superglue and hot glue gun to get the circuit board in the right spot.

I'm about to ditch them and go back to the MP40's. Since I currently already have an MP40QD running on the same tank.

Check out the Neptune forums and see if anyone has experienced this issue. Also I would check your 1 link for faulty connections. Best of luck.

I have a 90 gallon (reefer 450). I have them about 12 inches away from the sides on the backs pointing slightly up and inwards!

What mode and what percent to you have them at? Mine is 120gal SCA 48x24x24 and they're about 2in in from the edge on the back glass. I run all different modes throughout the day

Looks good. From what I experienced with the sand I really couldn't run them more than 40% without stirring up sand. What type of sand do you have?

Im curious if you have them set as the same channel. Im also curious if you have a random line of code somewhere thats perhaps defeating your settings. When did you buy these and are they under warranty? If so I can help you get a service ticket going with Neptune to help you out.

They are less then 1 year. Now they both show posser on fusion.
They work, but just always a bit of an "issue"
