Neptune WAV users

What is the FLO function all about? What should I be looking for? At peak mine says I'm at 5.0. Is that 5X the water volume per ? Is there an optimum number for an sps dominant tank I should dial into?
I guess I'm just not learned up on these powerheads.

In configuration, you set your total tank water volume. Flow will calculate how much flow you are getting throughout the system. i.e. SPS require 7+ if I remember correctly. There;s a nice chart in the manual.
