I just set up my Wav setup a week or so ago and I can not for the life of me find out how to make the Vibration hum stop from the pumps. The tank is a waterbox peninsula tank.
I have tried everything I can think of and it is still humming clear as day to the point I can hear it in the other room. Its not loud it is just a very low wave hum. I here it in the sump area of the stand and of course it gets louder with speed and such.
I have reached out the Neptune and they really didn't have any idea because I cant really catch the sound on video. I have tired to move the pumps around put them on different ends of the tank different peace's of glass and nothing. I have isolated the cords so they do not touch any part of the tank or the glass with no change. I also put both filter mesh and thicker rubber peace's between the glass and the magnet to try to cushion it and nothing really makes any changes to it. I have also tried to hook it directly up to the eb8 instead of the module to see if the issue was in there and still nothing. When I unplug one and just let the pumps run solo they both do the same exact thing. So I'm not really sure what the issue is and how to fix it so before I get rid of them I wanted to see if anyone has any other ideas.
