Nerite Snail Egg Removal

So not too long ago, we rescued some coral and a T. Maxima/Crocea. Lately, it’s been getting more and more white dots on it. I found out they are nerite snail eggs. Now my question is, how do we get rid of them? They just seem to keep multiplying

Generally fish will eat them. You can remove them manually or remove the snails to the sump
