Nero 3 for biocube 32 schedule

I just got a new Nero 3 powerhead for my 32 biocube and want to know if someone has suggestions for the flow schedule. I have mixed reef with SPS, softies and LPS. Currently I am running two hydor Coralia 425 poweheads on the opposite sides. But now I moved my left one to the back wall and put Nero on the left side. I left the one on the right in the same spot.

Some kind of pulsing makes larger corals like hammers do a little dance you just cant stop wacthing.

It's been a little bit since looking at this post and I went back and read the type of power head u have. Very cool tho
