Nero 3 settings for 38g peninsula

Looking for help on settings or a preset for a Nero 3 on the 38g Fiji cube peninsula. Mainly lps and soft corals . Few sps down the line.

The general rule is that you want between 10-20x supplemental flow, so somewhere between 380-760Gph for your tank. The Nero 3 is rated @2000Gph, so you probably want a maximum setting of around 30-40%.

Just observe the corals. They should gently sway back in forth between the flow. If they're getting blasted sideways it's too much.
