Can I get some recommendations on flow and flow patterns for my Nero 3 in my 28 gallon cube?
I have soft and lps coral frags and it’ll probably remain a soft/lps coral tank

Following along. I just picked up a Nero 3 for my IM Nuvo Fusion 40 and would love some recommendations. Currently I'm just running it on Random (1%-20%) with Max variability.

After watching their video I decided to go with random and med variability. The intensity depends on the size of the tank and how much coral movement you need. This has to be tested for every tank.

I have two nero 3s on opposite sides of my 25g cube. I don't have any any other powerheads or equipment providing flow outside of a cannister filter running as a media reactor and a hob fuge. (both those create relatively low flow)

I have the nero 3s set at up to 35% (or 40%?) random throughout the day, then at 45% pulse for a few hours at night, then 25% pulse for few hours of low flow at night.

Does my flow seem too high? the corals don't look like they are getting blasted.

I use the pulse and it ranges from 30 percent to 60 as the day goes on to mimick ocean conditions. But mine is in a 4 footer so I can crank it up.
