NERO 5 outside magnet water proof?

got the nero 5 is the outside magnet ok to be submerged i want it in the rear wall and it will be in my sump.

I have a cylinder tank with the overflow directly in middle of tank is the outer magnet completely seal and water proof I would like to place it on the overflow with the outer magnet inside the overflow

They come with two magnets one on the outside of the tank and one on the inside of the tank the powerhead attaches to the one inside the tank and the one inside the tank is connected to the outside magnet.
