Nero 5 Pumps on Red Sea 300

Hey guys
iam kinda new on this forum and i am from germany. So please ignore my lingo

My reef is a 300L Red Sea round about 80 galon tank
Atm I am not satisfied with the flow pattern

I am running on 28% random mode each but i got some dead spots and i think the wrong intensity for the torches and goni
Do not suprise i take the picture in the deep night therefore the polyps are not open

I am really new to this hobby so tips especially for the pumps are higly welcome

You could maybe try relocating them and see if that helps and maybe turn them up
