Nero 5 running backwards?

I just set up a new Nero 5 and it was super loud. In trying to see what was going on I noticed the pump is running backwards. Has anyone seen this before?I have a few of them and have never had this issue

Haha I know, very strange. I feel like I’m dealing with 480v 3 phase here

Atleast its under warranty. I have a new one on the way. Ugh. Wasn’t from IM was it. All the other vendors seemed sold out. Really wanted a 3 but was like eh redundancy for the reef. This is going in my Fowlr

It’s actually a replacement motor AI sent. Turns out it may be the controller
