Nero 5 setting in Reefer 350

Have a pair of Nero 5’s in my Reefer 350, both are of opposite side facing each other near surface.

I also have one Nero 3 on left banco wall facing front of tank.

I only have a lawn of Green Polyps growing on 3 rocks and a torch by itself.

There are 6 green Chromis and a powder blue tank as well, all hate high settings on the pumps.

What is are good settings for these pumps?

What are good settings? Whatever you and your corals like. You'd probably need to indicate what you're running in terms of flow pattern and speed and possibly a short video of the corals so we can observe how much they're moving about.

Here’s my current settings.

First Nero 5 is parent running Pulse @ 70%, on for 2 seconds, off for 1 seconds.

Second Nero 5 is running as a Child Pump of First pump at 90 degree phase to create a tank phased wave motion.

Nero 3 pump is running Pulse @ 75%, on for 2 seconds, off for 1 second.

The only coral that is extended is the torch and not much motion, I assume it’s not happy with flow.

You mean 180° on the child pump, right? ie: when the parent is pulsing forward the child is pulsing in reverse (and vice versa) The motion on the green coral (which looks more like a hammer, btw) looks fine considering the polyps aren't that long. Here's a quick video of the flow on a torch and hammer in my tank (they seem very happy; ignore the camera-happy jokers photo-bombing).

Have a look at the video I attached. This is not perfect, and I have a 160-gallon display to contend with - but every last coral and anemone is very happy (flow is only one consideration, though). With respect to your settings, it all depends on what you're trying to do.

If you're trying to create a flowing wave back and forth you typically reverse the second powerhead (180°, not 90°) and then alternate between them such that you get a flow going from left-to-right and then right-to-left. I'm not intimately familiar with running a pair of Neros (I've only used a single one in the not too distant past).

I run four (4) gyres in my tank - all about 4" below the surface of the water. One on each side like your Nero 5s and one on each side of the overflow (like your Nero 3). The ones at the rear at set to a constant 20% forward flow and augment the flow from the dual returns. The side gyres run a rotation of stepped and random flow patterns that vary from 20%-40% forward (8min) and 10-20% reverse (2min).
