Nero 5 Stopped Working

I realized two weeks ago that my Nero 5 was not on. I tried turning it on which didn't work. I also tried opening to the app to see if that would have any affect which didn't. The module where the button is gets warm when it's plugged, but it won't turn on. I assume it burnt out or something. Worth trying to get a new module and keeping the powerhead or should I replace the whole thing? Anyone ever tried fixing one?

I would get a Jeboe SOW-4, for a fraction of the cost, you could get an SOW 8 for a fraction of the cost

Is the controller for the Nero flashing a red light? Also, AI support is really helpful if you reach out to them

Try giving the motor unit a good clean in citric acid after disassembly, and then perform a factory reset .

If that doesn't work, check the warranty status and call AI support.

I get this occasionally. Clean the shaft of the impeller and press the button on the controller several times until solid green
