Nero 5 stopped working

My Nero 5 stopped working. This happened two days ago but was able to be remedied by a soft restart.

now if is completely stopped. It is clean and clear of and obstruction. on the remote tho g the circle is blue and the light is flashing red. I have restarted and done factory restore and it still doesn’t work. What should I do?

Did you remove the blade and make sure there is nothing between the blade and rotor?

This. Even just resetting it might help

Mine stopped the other day and had red light flashing I just unplugged and plugged back in and been good since. I am sure u have tryed that. Best luck to ya. But it seems to me you pay 250 bucks for a wave pump it should run flawless for years

I did take it apart and put it back together. Nothing was bound up, but after putting it back together and doing another soft reset it came back on.

I am just getting increasingly concerned since this is the second time it has stopped working this week.
