Nero 5 white light

Bought a used nero 5. It blinks a white light when I connect the power but doesn’t turn on. I’m assuming it’s water damaged but I’m not sure what the white light means.

Is it still under warranty? Maybe open a ticket with AI to see what you might need in the way of parts to fix it.
