Anyone have this pump. Trying to run it in pulse mode at 60% and it freezes up and cranks. Second one they sent me. What is this garbage?

Isn't stopping and starting what a pulse is? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding.

What do you mean by “cranks?” Like binding up? Maybe take a video and upload it to youtube and post us a link here so we can see what you are seeing. I don’t have a 7, but I have 2x5’s and 2x3’s and they work flawlessly!

Nope. It's freezes stutters. Skips pulses. Total garbage.

Yes if the power is not atleast 70% on pulse mode it doesn't ramp back up when it turns of. AI sent me a replacement and this one does it also. My nero 3 work perfect on my nano's. This one not so much. Here is a video of the first pump I had to return. Lights are off on the tank so can't take a good video. Exact same thing.

Is it possible the glass is too thin for the 7? As in the outside magnet plus the inside magnet is affecting the drive mechanism? Can you try maybe sticking some cardboard between them on the outside. I know it’s not the same thing but the thickness of the glass used to affect my tunze nano ato control because the glass was too thin.
