Nero Pumps not responding

Has anyone else had this issue where you log into MyAI app and click feed mode or turn off pumps but only 1 Nero does it? Then you reboot both pumps and then the one that was not responding now responds but the other does not.

This issue started yesterday. I deleted both pumps from the app, reconnected them everything was fine but the same issue is back now.

Any recommendations before I contact AI?

Yes! Disconnected both pumps and pressed the button until the light blinked red. Had to to this again a few days back as they both started to do the same thing.

Finally gave up and sent in the pump I think is responsible for the malfunction. It is still under warranty & I will have to wait for the pump to get to AI and see what they say.
