After swapped a netgear WiFi, Apex Fusion doesn’t responses though I can see the dashboard on the phone. Any thoughts?

Which device it doesn't respond to?
If you can access it on phone then it should be working fine as it's a cloud based login.
Try logging off and back on, on the device it's not working.

All the EB8. I switched on and off for all the plugs like lights, skimmer, pumps etc. all not responded.
