I understand this will probably be deleted immediately In the interest of "paying" contributors, however I feel it needs to be said and if I can save even one person the hassle of dealing with this company who has no idea how business should be conducted then I have done someone else a service. After initially ordering from this company 200 dollars worth of stuff last Sunday, it was stated that my package should arrive by the end of the week. So Thursday arrives, I receive an email saying my package was shipped and I would receive further detailed instructions today. Today arrives, no package, and now my delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow(the day of my friends wedding, and I will not be home.) I call to resolve the issue and have it sent next week, when it should have already arrived, and not only did it take them 25 minutes to answer my call but while explaining my issue the customer service rep was constantly rude and interrupting me. After saying they would have to charge me for changing the shipping details, they realize the ricordea I purchased at a specific price was like 20 over the amount allowed. Now how it takes a company 6 days, and the day of shipment, after they have collected my money, to realize I ordered more than what they allow is absolutely ridiculous and poor micro management. Not only did they not attempt to resolve anything at all to promote business in the future but they outright stated that they were just canceling my order without asking if we could find some mutual resolution. Even though I wanted the entire order cancelled at this point anyway. From a logistical standpoint this company has no idea what they're doing and don't care about the customer. Just a warning I think people should heed.
 
Why would we delete feedback that followed the rules of the forum?

There exist two reasons why this order was cancelled:

1. We were notified that the order was placed by someone that did not own the payment account used to pay for the order. We were unsuccessful in verifying the information for the order with the Paypal account holder (the member states it was his mother's account), and therefore we cancelled the order.
2. This customer greeted the customer service agent on the phone with explicatives and aggressively rude behavior, never asked to change the shipping date but rather demanded to cancel more than 50% of the order (which would have changed the qualification for free shipping) and was then angry that there would be a charge associated with shipping the order. It was in describing that he didn't want to mess up the order for his brother, and that the payment was under his mother's account when we decided it was best to cancel the order.

We have a few representatives that answer phones. They take the time to speak with customers, answer questions, help them with their orders and work to resolve any concerns. That means that if 5 calls come in at the same time, they simply can not answer them all. We would love to be able to answer every call immediately, however it simply is not possible. We also do not want to answer calls to simply place them on hold as most of our customers are calling us long distance. We respond to voice mail messages and emails in the order they are received and we do endeavor to return calls within 2 to 24 hours.

While we understand you may never wish to purchase from us again, we do feel it is important that the facts of the situation be clear.

I don't have the time nor energy to attempt to argue with the fallacy you consider to be the truth. Whatever you'd like to conjure up and attempt to put online to save face with any other possible customers is fine with me. The brilliant news is I will never do business, or promote it for you again. Have an excellent day/night.
