Never received items I paid for from a member on here.

I don't know if this is the right forum or not so if it's not Mods please move it to the correct location.
I purchased three items from a member (don't want to give their sn yet) on here on June 29th and have yet to receive any of the items. I was a rather large amount of $$ too.
I have sent about 4 pm's to this person with no response and I just tried to send another one and it said their inbox was full. Luckily I paid thru paypal and I hate to but I guess I am going to have to file a complaint with them that I never received merchandise. Sorry for the rant but man I thought people on these forums were for the most part honest.

Reefer boy please speak with a mod or rev to see if or what they have to say about it. They don't have any stake in a member selling to another member but it could get the member banned for what they did. Not sure but never hurts to talk with them about it. Maybe they will say something to them. Not sure how it would work.

I think your doing the right thing go through PayPal and take care of it that way.

This is sad and unfortunate to happen to you. I have to say most people on R2R are good quality people but some slip through. Karma sucks and you can only do people wrong so many times before it comes back to bite you. Maybe not today but someday that member will get it

If he does that, then this thread turns into a member feedback thread. It seems the OP is out for advice about the situation, which would be an outside discussion not allowed in the member feedback thread.

The only advice I can offer as a member at this point is I would be a bit patient yet if the seller has good prior feedback. The member may have gone on vacation for the holiday, or there's always the slim possibility an emergency came up. I'd probably give the member the rest of this week before I filed a claim.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt that something came up and they've just not had the time to ship items out yet. That's all good but a response from the seller would ease my mind a bit!

it would be nice to know who he is referring to, it would help the rest of us to avoid

Like evolved said lets wait. Maybe something happened, medical emergency etc.
Lets not bash someone before we know if they intentionally did something wrong or not.
I'm sure in due time we will know what happened or hasn't and reefer boy will let us know.

I'm not sticking up for anyone but things happen and we should at least give it some time before starting anything.

+1 its good to let the R2R community know who the frauds are so that this incident dosent happen to someone else. Im sure pp will close this case fast and refund you the money. GL with the situation and please keep us posted tagging along for verdict

Like I said in an early post that I am going to wait until pp gives me a response whether or not they were able to get a response from the seller. If they can't then I will switch over to the member feedback forum and post who it is. I don't want to give someone a bad name on here if they had a legitimate reason. The reason I started this post was just to rant at the moment.....not to give someone a bad name yet.
