Hi all,
this is my first time leaving someone negative feedback, however I gave so many chances and waited over 2 weeks for my item but apparently he stop responding.
his name is @zach_discus
I ordered his gyres fx150 with smart controller.
First he said he would ship it next day after I paid on 11/29.
12/3 he replied saying he was busy and his wife would ship it out the next day.
12/6 that was the last time he was on here but no replies even tho I sent couple messages to check whether he has shipped it out.
I will follow up with PP and file complain to hope to get my money back. I paid with services.
I have dealt with this person couple times in the past without issues, I did put myself in his shoes if he ever had any personal matters, that Was why I was no hurry to complain. BUT over 2 weeks without 1 line to let me know is unacceptable.
If I do anything wrong with this complain please accept my apologies.
