Never saw a shrimp molt, until now!

I’ve had saltwater tanks for 20 years and never was able to catch a shrimp molt. Usually they seem to hide when they do it. But also, it happens fast! Sorry for the poor quality, it’s zoomed in from a Wyze cam.

That looks like it must feel so satisfying. Like taking off your boots after a long day but the shrimp version lol

Thanks for sharing. I always have shrimp but have never witnessed the molt in progress either. Very cool!

The crabs made quick work of the molt. Pretty much gone 30 minutes later.
