Someone posted this on a Facebook group. Does anyone have any clue whats wrong with this poor fish?

Looks like he has several issues going on all at once. Poor thing. Besides the HLLE, he looks like he either has velvet or ick on top of the boils there on his side. I'm not even sure which problem to attack first. Probably go with CP for two weeks, then transfer into a sterile QT. Kanaplex, Furan2 and Metroplex for the weird boils-> Not sure what they are so that's a bit of a guess. A good healthy diet and great water quality and vitamins.

I see tiny white sprinkles, so most likely velvet. The "boils" might be a secondary infection, possibly internal. I would euthanize this fish and end his suffering.

Can't completely rule it out, but that primarily occurs in the fish's swim bladder.
