Never seen this....what is this?

I’ve had this tang for 4 days in QT and is 3 days into kanaplex and metroplex treatment. Doing this BEFORE I run copper and prazipro after the ten days are up. Saw this yesterday but it was smaller and not as raised as it is this am. If you have seen this and know what the plan of attack is that would be greatly appreciated. Fish is eating and not scratching/acting erratic. Thanks in advance

It is either an injury or bacterial infection. It could be an injury turned bacterial infection as well.
