New 120 gallon Tank

Guys I am currently setting up a new 120 gallon display tank. Is a 57 gallon sump system running a aquaC 240 skimmer with 160# of Arag-Alive and 140# of live rock enough filtration. I plan on having at most 12 fish but going mostly reef setup. Also in the process of buying a calcium reactor and hooked to a 20 gallon ATO system.Will also be running 2 3 satge RO DI?

Looks like a nice setup. Filtration looks good. What lights are you going to run? 120s are deep so you'll need a strong light. I suggest 4-6 months of stabilizing the tank before introducing coral.
