New 125 gal build! :)

Water is looking good! Clear, water tests are still looking good :) crabs and snails seem good and most of the diatoms have been cleaned up :)

So I have made some additions! I have been finally using my own RO/DI water thanks to BRS :)

More pics :) New additions include a good size birdsnest, Forest Fire Digi, Sunset Monti, Sunburst Monti, two other montis that I forgot the names of already  , a red monti cap, green/purple favia, and a small blasto, and there is a lone mushroom that already left its original spot and is finding a home somewhere in the tank.

reorganized the rats nest in the fish room. Doesn't look as clean as some of the awesome setups on here, but its safer than it was!

Boy you have moved right along, very nice?

What are the smaller schooling fish?

So I am having SPS problems again (just like in the last tank with the same LEDs I was using). Only this time I am pairing them with T5s as well. Well This time I am also doing a much better job of keeping water quality where it should be. So the plating monti is starting to get bleach spots in this last week. It started out great initially. The red and green digitata looked great as well up until this past week and now its polyps haven't been extending (no bleaching though). The birdsnest still looks good and the other montis aren't having great polyp extension but no bleaching. My nitrate is 0-5 ppm. My calcium is 440 and Alk is between 8 and 9. I just ordered a mag test because I didn't have one, so when I get that I will test for that as well, but I am at a loss as to what is going on with my lack of sps capabilites. I'm wondering if it is my LEDs. Any ideas? [HASHTAG]#reefsquad[/HASHTAG]

It could be a lot of different things. My question would be how stable do your parameters stay? In my opinion stability is more important than "perfect" numbers. How are you maintaining these parameters? Dosing pumps, manual dosing, reactor?

None of the above as of yet. With the low number of corals in the system right now, I have been maintaining with water changes. I have yet to start the kalk in the ATO I just set up. The parameters have continued to hover around those numbers. The alk has been fluctuating back and forth between 8 and 9. The calcium actually increased with the last water change from 420 - 440
