Ok bit of an update. Was a busy weekend sorting out most of the electrical components.. left enough space for the new apex controller later on. Next will be tidying up and start on the plumbing..

Got the drain plumbing sorted out last night. Not long to go untill fill up!!! Just got to finish off the return plumbing and it's ready for testing and fill up. Lucky iv got a cycled tank with 200l of water and 20kg of live rock to speed up the process...

Completed the plumbing for now... time to fill up... will post shortly once evrything is up and running...

Finally got water put in on the weekend.. everything is working sweet. 2 days later and it's looking crystal clear. Will be conducting tests every 2 days untill the weekend. As I transfered my live rock out of cycled smaller tank. Should be ready for some live stock by the weekend. Pretty happy with the aquascaping... took me 3 attempts to get it decent. Still setting up my psi reef ro system into a 70l ro top up tank. Will post more pics shortly.

Everything looks great. Love the rock scape.

Quick update..
Got my reef ro unit from psi filters. Excellent product and easy to install... once I mounted and set that up it was time to set up the Tunze osmolator. So far so good. Works like a dream. Also added first of the live stock with various snails, starfish and a pair of clowns fish.

Looks great! I'm not sure I'd ever do an in-wall style tank like that because cleaning the sides seems like it would be really annoying.
