in short I broke down my 90 and put my fish and rock with coral in my QT. then I took all of my old rock and bleached it... it had things on it that I didn't want in my new tank.. I've learned a lot in the last 2 years and I want this tank to be pest free. so now to my question I used my 90s water to help jump start my new tank plus about 120 gallons of fresh RODI water then got the salt up to 1.026. is there going to be a cycle to go along with doing this? also adding new sand/ gravel and what is now clean new dry rock.

Once you bleach rock, you should plan on starting from the beginning in cycling. If you want to speed things up, you could get a pot load of Dr. Tim’s to hurry things along.
