I have decided that this tank will have a minimum bioload so pretty much just going to be full of corals and maybe a shrimp of coral goby

Well I had to go back a few steps I had my light sitting on the old spot where the original fixture was and my car jumped on it and it fell in the water I'm drying it out right now I don't think it will work again but hey worth a shot

I gotta ask but how does your car jump on your light and knock it it the water. If this is not a typo there has got to be a good story behind it. BTW had an led fixture take a swim before I opened it up and dried it out with a hair dryer and then let it air dry for a week plugged it back in worked fine!

Haha I think they mean cat
I've dropped my phone in salt water before. After it dried it still worked. I soaked it in dry rice to draw the moisture out, I don't know how it would work on a light with wires and stuff.

Hahaha bloody iPhones! Cat! Haha i done that the power supply started smoking after I dried it out I messaged the supplier and got new power supplies for free was great it now works great and I have an acro growin under it

So am I. I have so many pods in the right now I'm not stocking with any fish I got a pistol shrimp in there iv never seen it but I hear it haha

Bit more of an update I now have 3 acros in the tank the pinky red one in the above post a garf bonsai and an unknown acro 2 are recovering from a salinity shock I can see polyps extended they have lost a bit of colour tho
