It looks like just be a bacterial bloom. I had a bacterial bloom after a month of starting my tank. I simply let the tank be and the bacterial bloom went away after 1 week. Just be patience and let the tank settle in. (although if you want your tank to be clear within a day or two you could probably run a uv sterilizer).
