So, I recently set up a new 29 gallon tank in my kitchen, I purchased 1.022 saltwater from an LFS, that I normally get water from... its been up running since Christmas Eve, and I want to try moving some live rock from my existing tank to the new one. I have feed the tank once, to kinda jump start things, that was this past Saturday.... About how long should I let it cycle?
Thanks.

I did an ammonia cycle in my tank and it’s pretty quick and efficient. But you could use Dr. Tim’s one and only, Bio Spira, or Fritz turbo start to jump start the cycle.

Welcome to R2R.. yes dr Tims is much easier and biggest thing is be patient in this hobby

Welcome! Throw the love rock in there it should have built up bacteria and be able to process ammonia pretty well I would test your water and see if the ammonia drops it really shouldn't take long if you are putting something that is already live in your tank
