New 30g stocking ideas

Has anybody ever actually seen a pink streaked wrasse come into any of their lfs?
I feel like I’ve never actually seen one for sale. My go to stores occasionally have a possum wrasse or 2, but they usually charge some crazy price for them

It’s been a loooooong time, at least a year and a half…

Best bet is online orders, some places get the occasional pink streaked wrasse. Over the past few years, they’ve gotten more and more scarce in the hobby.

Yeah, I feel like I’ve never seen one. Even talking 4-5 years back. Oh well… would really like to get one for this tank down the road.

To piggy back off that though - the 6 line I have in my 55g is a gem. It must be a female cause it’s super mellow and decently sized now. I only got it because it was in a tank for a while with a bunch of other fish and never saw him chase anybody.

I have him with a yellow candy hog (similar size and shape) and they never interact. Also have a peppermint shrimp, 2 cleaners and a coral banded +hermits & snails and I’ve never seen it nip at anything for like 2 years now.
