New 3g nano

hi everyone my bf got me a cute 3g nano so that I could have a nemo and anemone bond. I have posted pictures on previous posts. I have an Ora Black Saddleback some think it’s a Ora Clarkii, coorrect me if you think I am wrong! I am in love with my little new hobby I do have a lot to learn . The anemone is still moving around the tank trying to find his spot, I may have to remove fish because they have been inseparable every since I placed him in.

I know [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7]. It’s so comforting to watch !! I was looking at this chart and it seemed to match the saddleback more. The Clarkii has like a yellow bottom but my fish has more black and bright yellow mouth tip.

Not a good sighn, have you checked your water parameters? They have to be spot on. Lighting requirements are very high as well.

It looks like the original lighting of Marineland tank.

the lighting likely isnt strong enough to keep the anemone based on how its health has declined so quickly

Yes I had the original lighting that came with the box from marine land

unless you can upgrade the lighting immediately id recommend trying to bring it back to the fish store who sold it to you. they should have informed you that your lighting could not keep an anemone healthy.
