Let me know what you guys think!

Not going to sump it?

As of right now no. I know it’s the best way to do it but I’ve read that with a tank this small it’s not necessary. I plan on adding the media basket with a skimmer. I have the two powerheads rated at 1350 and the second at 565 gph.

Its not "needed" on any tank really, its just a convenient place to keep your stuff like skimmers, dosers, filter media and so on. For sure you can do a nice tank without one. What lights you going to run?

Not sure! I was thinking of going with the current USA orbit marine. Any suggestions?

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure they only support soft and some lps corals. Anything that requires higher par like sps won't make it. Whats your budget? Alot of people are happy with the "black box" chinese leds like MarsAqua. Or there or nicer units like Ocean Revives and SBReefs.

I’d like to kinda stay around the $200-250 range.. if not less! Lol. I kinda only wanted to stay with soft and lps corals for now to start out with. I’ve read Sps are harder to maintain and not sure I’m ready for that!
