Hello, I'm new to R2R as a member, been reading threads for years.
This is my second tank first was a 90 gallon tall starting out, but was attracted to the clean lines of a Cube.
First I wanted to have a custom stand, so I built this one for the extra room (height) and little more solid stand than the LFS had.
I framed it with 2X4s and Covered it with 3/4 plywood and cover the plywood with 1/4 finish plywood for a quality look. most of the furniture in my house is light color, so I went with white paint. outside is chalk paint with a wax on top, inside were the sump is, exterior latex paint with Kills primer under.
Frame, bottom covered with 3/4 pylwood
trimed with birchwood.
Then I cut out the three doors, built doors, move into house and set up....

Sump Eshopps 75 3rd gen
OCTO 110SS Protein Skimmer
Varios -2 DC pump
2 Gallon Fiji cube ATO res.
Apex EL with VDM Module
Added (old) Fire tablet for controller.
Old equipment:
Vortech MP40 QD
ATO TOM AW aqua lifter pump with float switch
Kessel 160 We Blue Tuna LEDs
