Hello Everyone.
Just wanted to take a minute and introduce my new tank. So finally, after months and months of reading and planning, I have my first reef aquarium started up and cycling. It is a 75 gallon glass tank with a 20 gallon long sump. I am running a bean animal style overflow through a 1200 gph modular marine overflow box, but am only running a 800 gph triton 3 return pump with this tank. My sump has three chambers, inlet-return-refugium, with the return section being the largest. I have a Bubble magus Curve 5 skimmer and two nylon filter socks. Running a eheim Jager 150w heater (also had a backup Cobalt 150w heater but the glass on it broke-working on getting it replaced). Also running a autotopoff.com for my topoff. Have two Koralia Nano 425s in the tank with a Jabeo SW 8 for wave pumps. I also have two new Bloomspect LED lights that I have not installed yet while the tank is cycling. I have approximately 85 lbs of dry rock with about 150 lbs of bahamas oolite and special grade reef sand.
And here a pics:

!!! Welcome to R2R !!! I'm waiting on the Petco $1 per gallon sale for a 75g upgrade. Your tank is looking good.

Did you call your local store to see when it is? I know mine had it last month. I do know that the Dollar per gallon was only for up to 29 gallon tanks. The larger tanks were like 1/2 off though I think. I also know my local store doesn't usually keep 75 gallons in stock.

I found mine used on Facebook marketplace. I thought I got a great deal; drilled tank, stand, canopy, 5 gallon bucket of salt, and 2 acrylic sheets that I used for my sump for $300.00

That's a great deal. Over 40g is 1/2 price that still a great deal. I got my 40g for $40 but then they changed to only a 29g or less. I went about 3 month ago to Petco and they had about (5) 75g but was once of those days that im broke...so no luck. :(
I also look on Craigslist or Facebook but they asking too much for a used one and need to do a deep cleaning.
